REFUND POLICY


The following are the terms and conditions of the Cancellation & Refund Policy. When you enroll with any of the training program(s) with Suntek, you agree to our Terms of Use. A training program can be in any of the following mode - An Online Training Program: Instructor Led Training or Self Paced Training, Classroom Based Training, Assessments and/or Workshops. All these training programs are of a specific period.

Payments made towards enrolment in to any training program at Suntek are non-refundable. This enrolment cannot be considered for cancellation. No refund would be provided either in part or full. In case you have enrolled for a training program multiple times, the decision to refund will be made on a case to case basis after an internal investigation in to such enrollments. This must be brought to our notice within 7 days of enrollment, after which they would not be considered for a refund. In such cases, the refund is not guaranteed and the decision will be at the sole discretion of Suntek and to be considered final. The enrolment in to a training program by a user is not transferrable to another user or any other alias of the user. Suntek may cancel your enrollment and withdraw all services if any activity or request is found in this matter. No refund would be processed in this case. The duration of a training program is valid only for a certain period as mentioned during the enrollment. It will expire automatically after the specific period and the access would be disabled irrespective of the training program completion progress. Suntek may accommodate the users in another or upcoming batch in the event of a cancellation/postponement. This will be communicated to the user and upon agreement, the movement would be made. No refund would be processed in this case.
