Hiring Potential Assessment (HPA)
The objective of HPA is to identify & create Employable Fresher Pool (Green Profiles). HPA is a comprehensive assessment of IT job aspirants considering the skill expectations of nearly top 100 IT companies. The HPA process is an IT MNC pattern campus drive. It consists of Aptitude Test to understand the Problem Solving Skills, Group Discussion to understand the Interpersonal Skills, Technical Interview to understand the IT Skills and HR Interview to understand the Personality of the job aspirant. It also includes comprehensive language test to assess the students on their communication skills.

Level 1: Aptitude/Programming Online MCQs Test
Level 2: Online Coding Test
Level 3: Hackathon - Group Coding
Level 4: Technical/HR Interviews
